Individual lessons are designed to not only teach the fundamental skills to make you a better basketball player, but also to try and share valuable life experiences through the instruction of basketball.  Basketball is a game that can easily be compared to the game of life.  Many of the most important attributes to making  champion caliber basketball players and teams are also the same skills needed to create a successful student, worker, friend, and overall person. Justin shares his experiences while instructing basketball.  Lessons such as time management, work ethic, communication, trust, and determination are just a few of the skills that are easily taught while competing in basketball (or any sport).

Justin feels very strongly about working on the fundamental skills in developing basketball players.  Many of these fundamental skills are often not taught and practiced correctly..  Justin will focus on teaching and carrying out these fundamental skills of basketball.  No matter what level of player you are these fundamental skills need to be worked on and can always be improved on.  Even pro basketball players work on these fundamental skills everyday.

For older and advanced basketball players Justin wants to continue to focus on the fundamental skills (you can never practice them enough), but he also wants to incorporate more advanced techniques.  Using many drills learned through playing all across the world Justin will teach many different techniques used to improve shooting, passing, ball handling, footwork, balance, and defense.  Many of these drills are the same drills used by high caliber basketball players and Professionaly basketball players in the NBA and around the world.  Lessons can be tailored to fit each individual's skill level.  Drills for post  post players, shooting guards, swing men, and point guards are all tuaght.  Depending on your position, there will be a focus on the drills taught, but in today's game it is important for players to be well rounded and able to do many different things.  Justin was recruited to Division I schools as a point guard, shooting guard, and a forward.  Justin has played all five positions and one point in his career and has played with great point guards, shooting guards, forwards, and centers.
